What Shelloh stores

Shelloh stores only what the two of you create in the app:

• Your display name and your partner's display name
• Your answers, replies and reactions
• Your own written questions
• The crab name
• A record that one of you has Plus

Where it is stored

All of it is kept in a CloudKit zone in the iCloud account of the person who started the pair. It is shared only with the partner who opened the link. The developer has no server and cannot read any of it.

What Shelloh does not do

• No analytics
• No ads
• No tracking
• No location
• No access to your contacts
• No reading of your messages

Purchases and reminders

Purchases are handled by Apple. Reminders are local notifications on your device.

Leaving the pair

Leaving the pair deletes the shared answers, the crab and the days together for both people.

Deleting your data

Delete my data in Settings removes your name and answers from iCloud and from the phone. Deleting the app does not delete iCloud data, so use Settings first.

Children

Shelloh is not intended for children under 13.
